November Class Schedule

New Zone Match - Fat Burn Programme

During November we're introducing our new 12 week Zone Match - fat burn programme.   These classes are for Myzone users although all members are welcome to join in. 

To participate in the class you must try to match the zones as directed on the Myzone screen.  A coach will be present to suggest moves to either increase intensity or improve recovery.  The Fat Burn programme will focus on the lower zones with the majority of the work occurring in the Blue(60-69%) and Green(70-79%) zones.  At the end of the class you will be awarded a percentage mark.  The closer you match the zones, the higher your percentage will be.

The classes will progress over the 12 weeks.

Boxing will be off the circuit with no machines.  All other classes include our strength training circuit.

All classes are drop-in except boxing.  Please register for boxing and if you book a slot please remember to turn up or let us know you're not coming so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Please Note:  Classes may be cancelled due to:

  • Low numbers of participant
  • Clashing appointments
  • Staff holidays/sickness

Classes will not be run on Bank Holidays

We will endeavour to run classes as scheduled but remember that you're always able to complete your normal circuit.  Remember that some classes can be very busy and we may have mats or equipment on the floor which can disrupt the normal flow of the circuit.  If this is a problem for you then we recommend avoiding class times.​
