Current Class Schedule

There are a number of Covid-19 restrictions that will be in place until further notice.  These include:

  • Please arrive on time and wait outside until called into the premises
  • Maximum of 8 members in the circuit room.  Please use the touch-free hand santiser stations in the porch and the circuit room entrance.
  • Workouts will be machine only and will follow one direction which will be shown by arrows on the floor.  The workout will last for 30 minutes.  Go twice round the circuit. There will be new antibacterial wipe stations/bins in the circuit.  Please use the rest periods to clean the seat and handles on your machine before using it.  Please bring your own towels if you want to use one.
  • The last 15 minutes of each session is to allow a deep clean.
  •  All additional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells etc. will be out of use until further notice.  Please do not exercise in the recovery stations but move swiftly onto your next machine, keeping distance between yourself and other members.
  • There will be no changing rooms. Please arrive ready to workout including your shoes.
  • All coaches will wear masks. At this time they're not compulsory for members.
