Attaining and maintaining mobility, strength and balance is a lifetime task and the sooner you begin, the greater the quality of your future.

No matter where you're starting, if you change how you move and eat, you can change how you feel.

Our 3 hour dynamic ageing workshop is aimed at those who are not currently exercising or who have recently begun exercising and who want to protect their health and abilities well into their 60's, 70's, 80's and beyond.

The symptoms of ageing such as decreasing strength and mobility, loss of balance and coordination, forgetfulness, poor digestion and weight loss, don't have to be inevitable if you invest effort in them now.

During the workshop we'll cover:

  • The Importance of Posture - head to toe alignment and how it affects day to day function
  • Nutrition Needs  - avoid common symptoms of ageing with good nutrition 
  • Bone Health - how to protect your bones
  • Heart Health - what your heart needs
  • A strong solution - how to avoid frailty
  • A balanced approach - how to stay stable

The cost of the 3 hour workshop is £39.  It'll include a gentle workout and handouts to take away and refer back to.
