Friendly and Supportive

Our members are normal people, just like you.  They range in age from 15 to 96 and come in every shape, size and fitness ability.  Some want to lose weight, some want to tone up, some to ward off the effects of ageing and some are managing chronic disease such as diabetes.  Everyone has their own goal but are supportive of each others. 

Quick, Easy to Fit In Gym Sessions

Our work is 30 minutes long and we recommend you do it twice a week, although membership is unlimited so if you want to come more, that's fine.  

It's quick and easy to fit in to a busy day.  You just don't need to do long workouts when your exercise is so precisely programmed for you.

Programmes Personalised to You

Often when you join a gym you're given your induction and then left to your own devices to get on with it.  So unless you're a personal trainer, it's hard to know what to do.  What exercises should you do?  How many repetitions?  What weight should you be using?  What speed should you workout at?

It's can be confusing, but, we create programmes for you that work out all of that.  All you have to do is follow the curve.

Easy To Follow Workouts

Our equipment is state-of-the-art and on your first visit we'll set the machines up for you.  After that they'll do everything but the workout automatically.  

You wear a wristband that we give you and they recognise you and get into the correct position and load your personalised workout programme.  

Then, you just have to follow the curve.  It's a bit like playing PacMan for exercisers.

Free Fitness App

We use a simple booking system via the app to make sure there's never too many people in the circuit.  Everyone moves round the circuit at the same time so there's no ques and you're all doing something different at any one time.  This means the only person you can get competitive with is yourself!

In conventional gyms the PT's only work with you if you pay them on top of your gym membership.  In fairness, they have to make a living but we believe that you should get all the coaching you need to succeed so our coaching is included.

Track Your Progress

We'll even work with you to address muscle imbalances that may be causing you pain or could potentially lead to injury in the future.  We can do this because our technology will highlight them for us.

We don't mean just with the scales and how much you weigh, you can always do that at home for free.  We measure activity levels, maximum strength and bio-age.

The free fitness app that you get shows all of those.  The activity levels correlate to The World Health Organisation guidelines for activity so you can be sure you're active enough and when you can actually see that you're getting stronger and you're adding years to your life, motivation won't ever be a problem again.

My journey at Inspire began nearly 2 years ago, I was pushing the wrong side of 45 and although not too overweight and fairly active, I was not at all body confident.


Well I have just come back from Mallorca and for the first time in 20 years I put on a bikini (size 10 I add ) and felt great. In fact I never even wore shorts until this year.


I want to thank all my ladies not just Ruth, Jenna, Carolin and Di who are amazing and support, inspire and kick some, but also to every single one of you ladies who make me laugh, sweat with me and give me that look when I need to up my game ( you know who you are 🤣)


The mixture of strength training, boot camp, HIIT classes , boxing and workout challenges means I am never bored, then add the food mini challenges and the best bunch of girlies you can ever meet and it makes it so easy.
