- There won't be a treadmill in sight! We focus on a combination of strength training and cardiovascular fitness so no long, boring, steady state cardio sessions
- It's quick - our workout is half an hour which we recommend you try and do 3 times a week so even the busiest working mum can fit it in
- We'll remember your name! Unlike bigger, more impersonal gyms Inspire Fitness is a little community where people get to know and support each other
- We care... Again unlike conventional gyms who just want to take your money but don't care if you actually workout or not, we'll give you a call if we don't see you for a week or two. You might call it nagging but we like to think of it as "borrowed motivation"!
