Very soon you should receive an email with the download link to our coaching app "MyCoach" The email will also include a code which can be used as your password.

Please let us know if you don't receive the email by emailing info@inspirechippenham.com.

Once you've downloaded the app then you can message us directly through that.

Your programme will start tomorrow. The first two days are prep days so there are 23 days in the programme in total.

We really hope you enjoy the programme. You can message us with feedback or questions any time you like and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
