Attaining and maintaining mobility, strength and balance is a lifetime task and the sooner you begin, the greater the quality of your future.

How would it feel to be strong, vibrant and active in your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond?

You don't have to put up with the symptoms of ageing such as ever decreasing strength & mobility, loss of balance, deteriorating coordination and bones that break far too easily.  Although we often believe that these conditions are inevitable as we age, they don't have to be.

By training correctly we can slow down the ageing process ensuring not only that we live longer, but that we actually add some life to those extra years as well.

Our 6 Week Stronger Seniors Programme consists of two, instructor led workouts each week that will help you to:

  • Regain your strength
  • Improve your balance & Coordination
  • Feel more confident
  • Reduce your risk of falls
  • Better manage blood sugar
  • Increase bone density
  • Avoid frailty

The workouts will include use of our eGym strength machines with each individual having their own personalised programme so that you can be sure you're working out at exactly the right level for you.  The qualified coach will ensure that you do a range of exercises to improve balance, coordination and mobility.

The cost is £79 for the 12 workout/6 week programme.  The classes will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 2pm.  The next programme begins on Tuesday 9th April.

Numbers will be strictly limited so that we can give everyone some individual attention so don't wait too long before sending us your details.  Just complete the form below and we'll be in touch very soon to give you some more details.
