Our Stronger Seniors Programme consists of coach led workouts each week that will help you to:

The workouts will include use of our eGym strength machines with each individual having their own personalised programme so that you can be sure you're working out at exactly the right level for you.  The qualified coach will ensure that you do a range of exercises to improve balance, coordination and mobility.
